I got you.
Hi, and welcome. The fact that you are here already says a lot!
If you have spent years being told to just relax, have a glass of wine, or that it will sort itself out once you stop stressing, I want you to know something. That advice was never going to work, because it was never the full story.
This is a space to actually understand what is going on in your body, at your own pace, with real support along the way. No waiting rooms and no rushing. I will not be shaming you into change.
Over the next six weeks we are going to move through this together. Some of it is learning and some of it is unlearning BUT all of it is on your terms.
Take a breath, you’re in the right place.
I'm Chloe, a pelvic health physiotherapist based in Melbourne. Sexual pain and persistent pelvic pain are the bulk of what I do, and they are the reason I do this work the way I do it.
For too long this area of health has been whispered about, brushed off, or squeezed into a ten minute appointment that left people with more questions than answers. I wanted to build something different. Something thorough, warm, and actually useful.
This course is the education side of that work and the telehealth check ins are where I make it personal to you.
A quick note on credentials, because they matter here: I'm a registered physiotherapist BSci Physiotherapy, APAM, and everything in this course sits alongside, never instead of, proper individual assessment. More on that soon.
