This appointment is for new and exsisting patients wanting to go through birth preparation.  This appointment includes pushing preparation, perineal massage, birth positioning, TENs use, tear/episiotomy education + recovery, Csection reovery and how to optimise the first 6 weeks postpartum. 

Your birth partner is also encouraged to attend this appointment.

Pelvic Pain Appointment

This appointment is suitable for new patients with Pelvic Pain including:

- Endometriosis
- Adenomyosis
- Vaginismus
- Vulvodynia
- Vulval Skin Concerns
- Dyspareunia (Pain with Sex)

This appointment is a longer consult as typically there is extensive history taking involved.

Musculoskeletal Appointment

This appointment is for any new patients with general Physio concerns during or outside of Pregnancy. This includes: 

- Back Pain
- Pelvic Girdle Pain
- Rib Pain 
- General Aches
- Wrist Pain 
-  Upper/Lower Limb 

This does not include pelvic floor related concerns.

The 6 Week Check

This is an appointment for new or exsisting patients wanting to get a postnatal check. This check covers:

- DRAM (abdominal ) assessment
- Csection scar healing
- Pelvic Floor check
- Check of vulval tissues
- Returning to sex advice
- Returning to exercise advice
- Tailored rehabilitation program
- General musculoskeletal check and treatment

Babies are more than welcome to attend!

Return to Exercise/Running Check

This appointment is suitable for new and existing patients who are wanting clearance for returning to running or other higher intensity activity. This appointment will include a Pelvic Floor Check at your discretion.

The appointment will also include a full body and strength check plus specific rehabilitation exercises.
